Hi there! My name is Hannah, and my pronouns are (she/her). I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and have lived in Nashville for the past 10 years. When I’m not at work or school, you can find me spending time outdoors hiking, grabbing Margarita’s with friends, writing songs, or playing out at a writer’s round in Nashville. Alongside my career as a therapist, I also have a career as a country singer/songwriter, so music is a big part of my life. I love writing, recording, and releasing new music whenever I can.

Hey there! I’m Shari, and my pronouns are she/her. I made the move from the Windy City (Chicago) to Music City in 2021 to attend Lipscomb University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program. When I’m not in therapist mode, I enjoy cooking, traveling, finding new restaurants to try, concerts, reading, karaoke, and a good Netflix binge! I also love spending time with family, friends and my schnauzer/terrier mix, Onyx. As a therapist, I strive to provide a space where you can be seen, heard, honored, and supported in your growth, no matter what that looks like for you. I work collaboratively with you, showing up as a cheerleader when you need motivation, a coach when you need tough love or a nudge to step outside of your comfort zone, and a teacher when you are seeking to understand your patterns and cycles. I’m so glad you’re here and I look forward to working with you as you aspire to make choices that honor you and allow you to flourish in life.

Hello! I’m Sarah, and my pronouns are she/her. As a therapist, I love helping clients answer big life questions about their identities, values, and the stories that have shaped them. Our culture likes to encourage black-and-white thinking, but the beauty of our complex selves is that multiple things can be true at once. You can long to be a parent and still be terrified of this big change. You can have experienced harm from your church and still yearn for comfort in something bigger than yourself. Your relational trauma may continue to cause painful feelings, and yet you bravely continue seeking connection with others. In our therapeutic work together, we will link arms and explore these many parts of you as we allow all of these truths to be present at once, taking what fits for you and your well-being, while leaving behind what no longer serves you.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me at home or spending time outside. I’m a Nashville native and deeply love our parks, greenways, lakes, and rivers. I’m married to my college sweetheart, and we have one precious son. The background music to my life is often paws galloping as a puppy and black cat chase each other through the house, and the squealing giggles of my toddler as he tries to keep up. I read every day, love sad songs, and usually have a podcast recommendation for any topic we discuss in therapy. I have experienced my own losses and trauma, and I know how scary it can be to address these things. I’ve spent many hours as a client myself, and I’ve been shaped and guided by some truly wonderful therapists and mentors. It’s one of the joys in my life that I now get to help others the same way. Whether you’re here to process life transitions, trauma, relationships, or just the hard parts of being human, I’m so honored to be in your corner.

I’m Cadey and my pronouns are she/her. As a therapist, I find it important to first show up as a human. I aim to meet others where they are and allow for the parts of me that have personally experienced healing, heartbreak, love, grief, joy, trauma, and loss to sit beside me as I work with you. I love that my job allows me to connect to other, real humans with compassion and curiosity.
