Hi, I’m Harper (she/her) and I’m from South Carolina! As a therapist, my work is rooted in curiosity, connection, and the unconditional belief that you matter. It is my goal that through our time together you feel deeply heard, understood, and respected. Outside of school and the therapy office you can find me reading, connecting with others, and antiquing. I am especially passionate about disability justice, pop culture, and media criticism. My partner and I spend most weekends on walks and hikes with our dog, Fae. I am excited to learn your story and walk alongside you in this journey!

Hi there! I’m Lydia and my pronouns are she/her. As a queer, neurodivergent woman, my lived experiences propel me towards advocacy for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. As an art therapist, my goal is to create a judgement-free space where you feel supported in your journey towards your most authentic self. It’s not uncommon for folks to feel unsure of or intimidated by the thought of art therapy, but my favorite thing about it is that you don’t have to be an artist or “good” at making art to benefit from the experience! Art making creates a unique opportunity for a different kind of dialogue where words or traditional talk therapy might fall short. There are many different mediums we can explore together such as collage, painting, altered books, photography, sculpture, zines, comics, and more! I believe deeply in the power of art as a tool for healing and I feel passionate about utilizing the sacred therapeutic space that art therapy provides for collective and community liberation. When I’m not geeking out about art, you can find me geeking out about sci-fi franchises like Star Trek, The Expanse, and Mass Effect as well as video and tabletop games. My wife and I are proud moms to our cat and dog fur-sons, Ash and Lincoln. We love to collect Pokemon cards, binge Bob’s Burgers, and fall asleep to our favorite comfort movies. I can’t wait to work with you! Let’s make art about it!

Hi! I’m Payton, my pronoun are they/she! I was born and raised in Wisconsin but moved down to Tennessee mid-pandemic for graduate school. Of the many things that I love my puppies, art, and nature are at the top of that list. I value honestly, authenticity, and happiness and I spend my time pursuing those characteristics. When I first began my own therapy, I was facing equal parts change, adversity, and growth. Whatever brings you here, welcome. The thing that I love most about my job is the opportunity to create genuine connections with clients and make a difference in their lives. My philosophy is based on crafting the life that my clients feel is ideal, while meeting them where they are and approaching their lives with curiosity and inclusivity. Who or whatever you are, you are welcome here.

I’m Cadey and my pronouns are she/her. As a therapist, I find it important to first show up as a human. I aim to meet others where they are and allow for the parts of me that have personally experienced healing, heartbreak, love, grief, joy, trauma, and loss to sit beside me as I work with you. I love that my job allows me to connect to other, real humans with compassion and curiosity. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my partner, our rainbow/IVF baby girl, our cats and a rotation of foster kittens and pups; reading; creating music; or eating at a new restaurant. I love finding new ways to move my body in a fun and enjoyable way, and am HAES aligned and IE informed. I am so excited to work with you, wherever you are in your life journey!

Hello! I’m Jason and my pronouns are he/his. As a clinical intern who, after much soul-searching, chose counseling as my second career, I find it deeply meaningful to sit with others and pursue healing together. I was a professional musician in NYC and Nashville for 12 years, and through that career I realized how much I love to listen and create a space for people to encounter their emotions. I believe that human connection is one of the most powerful healing forces in the universe, and that therapy, when done well, is a gateway to deeper connection with oneself and others.

In my free time, I love reading, writing, traveling, learning languages, coffee, and playing instruments. I also enjoy spending time with my partner, our 7-year-old, and our Bernese Mountain dog, Rufio. I am honored to welcome all kinds of people from all walks of life into my sessions, and that includes you, wherever you happen to be right now!

I’m Lacey! (she/her) I am deeply passionate about helping you work toward autonomy in your life, which is a fancy way of saying that you deserve to intuitively define what you want for yourself and your life. I believe we are complex humans who deserve complex and complete healing, but that looks different for everyone; I am also a complex human, and I bring my authentic self into all of my work. I have no desire to be some sort of therapist robot who feels disconnected and one-dimensional. Outside of the therapy room, you can find me spending time with my partner (when he isn’t on the road – hi music industry fam) along with our pup, Theo the Weimaraner. I also love baking autoimmune-friendly desserts (hi chronic illness fam), getting creative with creative projects, biking, finding new ways to move my body, and finding beauty in the small stuff. I am HAES aligned and IE informed, and I work from an intersectional, creative, and somatic healing perspective.
